Kevin, the owner of Big Blue Plumbing, is the contractor everyone should know. I met him during a water heater emergency in the dead of winter, with very little money. He came to my rescue by replacing my heater, offering me a discount and a payment plan. I have later consulted him on homeowner issues, and have received sound advice each time. His work, and that of his crew has ALWAYS been courteous, friendly, honest, fair and completed in a timely and professional manner. I have called with emergencies, and when he or his crew were unavailable to respond quickly, he referred me to another trustworthy plumbing company that could. Big Blue Plumbing is the number to have and keep on speed dial. Everything is explained to my understanding, and further recommendations made, I have never had a need to question anything, and I am now proud to call Kevin and his crew friends.

Big Blue Plumbing is the best! They worked around my crazy schedule and communicated very effectively as what to expect. They had a big job: replacing my 40 gallon water heater and traditional gas heater/boiler with a state-of-the-art combo water heater/home heating system. Freed up a lot of space in my small half bathroom. They also installed a vent for my new stackable washer dryer that went through the back wall and into the garage and then vented out side… outstanding work. Lastly, they refitted the gas feed pipe so my new oven could go flush against my wall. Josh, Bill, Mike and Kumar worked liked a team should! And Donna returned all the calls from “master control” in a timely manner. Kevin, the owner, also alleviated any concerns I might have had. There only needs to be one plumbing company in the yellow pages: Big Blue.
